因此在使用前應(yīng)先對(duì)彎曲部的角度進(jìn)行調(diào)整和校對(duì)，必要時(shí)可送回原廠返修，以保證內(nèi)鏡的安全性。另外內(nèi)鏡角度鋼絲容易因使用頻率過(guò)高而發(fā)生斷裂，此種情況需重新更換鋼絲。內(nèi)鏡使用過(guò)程中有黃色液體流出，則考慮為內(nèi)鏡鏡體破損，若檢查無(wú)鏡體破損則懷疑為操作部吸引器按鈕密封不良，可拔出吸引按鈕，檢查密封圈是否存在老化破損，并更換新的配件。

3.送氣、送水、吸引管堵塞類(lèi)故障。故障分析及排查：因加壓泵高度會(huì)影響灌注壓，導(dǎo)致無(wú)法送水，因此首先檢查泵體壓是否與患者同高，排除泵體壓故障。其次檢查送氣孔及送水孔是否通暢，可以細(xì)鋼絲在內(nèi)窺鏡結(jié)構(gòu)的前端疏通，一邊通一邊送氣、送水以排除故障。在解除故障后需注意將噴嘴復(fù)原，并妥善固定。若非送氣、送水孔堵塞則懷疑為內(nèi)鏡氣路單向閥門(mén)內(nèi)小彈簧生銹，可打開(kāi)單向閥門(mén)，以酒精棉布擦拭后涂抹專(zhuān)用潤(rùn)滑油，并重新安裝。

3. Malfunctions such as blockage of air supply, water supply, and suction tubes. The one-way valve can be opened, wiped with an alcohol cotton cloth, coated with special lubricating oil, and reinstalled.
